An old recipe from Asia minor, adapted to the qualities of the Kimi fig. Sugar free.

Sundried Kimi figs with walnuts from Arcadia, dipped in fig syrup together with laurel leaves. A smooth sweet taste that can either be taken as dessert, or combined with meat, fish, cheese and salads!
